Project Description

This development has three major buildings: building A is the four-story foundation of GAIA that acts as a public, mixed-use space complete with a grocery store, restaurants & cafes, and retail shops; building B is the tallest tower composed of resident-only amenities and standard living units; and building C is the shorter tower (left) that houses GAIA's deluxe residential units.

Inspired by the modern charm of Singapore's interconnected smart cities, this building's unique design envisions GAIA as an environment that seeks to rebuild the feeling of community that is often lost in urban settings.
